What will my selling plan cover?

After confirming your home’s details and goals, we will discuss a realistic price range, preparation priorities and the next steps for listing. The aim is to help you decide where to focus your budget and how to move forward.

How will you assess my home’s price?

We compare relevant nearby sales, current competing listings and your home’s size, layout, renovations and condition. Entering an address starts a personal review; it does not generate an instant automated valuation or guarantee a final sale price.

Can you help me decide what to fix before listing?

Yes. We discuss which cleaning, repairs and presentation changes deserve priority for your home and budget. ANJIA has an in-house preparation team. The scope and cost of any work are discussed separately before you decide to proceed.

What happens after I send my request?
