They worked very hard throughout the entire selling process, especially with following up on showings, gathering feedback from buyers’ agents, keeping us updated on the market, and communicating with us regularly. When it came to negotiations, they were patient, strategic, and always worked hard to protect our interests and achieve the best possible outcome.
Selling a home can be stressful, but having a team that stayed on top of everything and was willing to put in the extra effort made a big difference. We really appreciated their dedication, communication, and hands-on approach throughout the process.

1. They priced our house so low before renovation.
They let us do renovation worth more or less 50k, but they didn’t change the price after reno. They hike the price up after i asked them but every other week, they reduce it 5%.. that it end up same price before house renovation. They have no patience. The point is they let us spent money that doesn’t help the price of the house we want. Why they let us spent thousands of dollars for nothing? Get my point?
2. They sold our house with a very low price. They have all these BS reasons. The houses in our neighborhood were sold more than 1k. Ours very low. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
3. Every open house no Anjia staff real estate agent shows in our house and our house was left unattended, windows, doors left open after each showing.
4. Very unprofessional.
5. Just imagine, mailing a cheque for a refund for their commission, they cannot do it. They want us to pick the cheque. After they get their commission, they cannot afford to pay Canada Post to mail the cheque. Take that!
I will not recommend them to anyone. Don’t believe in everything they say. They have no word of honour. They only want their commission.
They are taking advantage of our situation. Save yourself a headaches. We have extremely bad experience with Anjia.
We were selling an older home in Markham that we had lived in for thirty seven years while raising four children, so preparing it for sale was no small task. We leaned heavily on Anjia’s full service approach, and coordinated everything through Frank. We used their cleaners (twice — including a final clean while the movers were loading the truck), their renovation team, and even junk removal. All were excellent and competitively priced.
Before we had even listed on MLS, we received a showing request and then an offer at our asking price the next day. To us, this reflects the strength of Harry and Sara’s organization: they are deeply established in York Region, well connected and highly organized, which gives both buyers and sellers real leverage.
Frank, though, was the standout.
Anytime we had a question or the hint of a problem, he was reachable — and if we needed him on site, he was there. At our request, he recommended a couple of lawyers, and we chose Ron Trac, whom we also recommend. On moving day — a same day close in another city — we had an unexpected and potentially serious issue with Enercare that could have derailed everything. Frank stepped in immediately and worked with the lawyers and Enercare to resolve it for us.
My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Anjia Realty, and Frank specifically, for their professionalism, expertise, full service team approach, and for their total dedication to their client needs from the moment we signed with them to the moment we handed over the keys.
